helping with a multiple of problems, across the globe is responsible eating habits. nutrition is a necessity to our body and mind. it is the center of healthy stability

breakfast/ or for you later brush:
1) one egg on wheat or rye toast & cup of fruit juice
2) half bowl of hot cereal with cup of fruit
3) half bowl of cold cereal with cup of fruit
4) fruit and muffin with cup of milk

feel free to add a healthy meal or snack that is easy for you.

i think you must use some dry fruits also.. they play a very important role
and the fibre content is missing on your diet..pls include that too
