Lightheaded Concerned

I seem to be getting lightheaded everyday. Sometimes I feel as if I'm going to pass out. I never been to any dr cause they cost to much, I'm not sure if its heart related or inner ear related. I called the other day to ask how much it cost to see a ear dr they want $200 just to say hello then more if the dr actually does anything. I thought also it could be heart

There is a high possibillty (I have the following) that you are not breathing regularly due to anxiety. Like just taking shallow breaths instead of nice, healthy, in-through-the-nose full breaths and out through the mouth.

I get very faint and clumsy often and every time I have to remember to breathe. I even put it on my start-note on the front of my cell phone. If you have to paste notes all over your house and in the car just saying "Breathe!", do it - it's helped me immensely. I still forget sometimes, but when it gets to the point of having to sit or fall, I breathe. It's definitly associated with anxiety and panic attacks.

If this doesn't work after you've been doing it regularly, then I'd consider seeing a doctor for vertigo, inner-ear or whatever else it could be. But if you do have anxiety and/or panic attacks, I'm guessing this is what is causing the lightheadedness.
