Nervous rash

Is there anyone else out there that breaks out in a strange rash on the neck/chest when suddenly nervous or anxious? I have always had this problem and it is so embarrassing to have everyone know when I am not feeling very secure. It will go away after I stop feeling stressed, but at the time it is very obvious.
Any suggestions??

Ya nervous rash is where that its a disesase which increases the fear on others and there work then during that anxity the heart beats increases......the arms become numb etc...........
