Angry man = Psychos???

I have a good friend who often get angry on all kind of situations.Whenever he reaches his limit of anger he used to behave some kind of stupid.He used to hurt himself if his anger reaches its peak.How can we control his anger any help please.If he gets angry he won't mind what is near him and who is near him,he will break the objects and shout at the people.

A good starting point may be to sit down with him when he is calm and explain to him how his behavior bothers you as well as how it is seen by others. It may be that he is so caught up in his own world and in his anger that he cannot see that it is affecting those around him.

I will say him being calm when you have this discussion is key, catching him while he is in the midst of a tirade won't do you much good.
