Apparently Xenophobia is a fear os stranger or getting to know new people. It would suck to have that wouldn't it?. You would be afraid to meet new friends or chicks. Like for example you'd have a job interview and besides the fear of thinking if you would get the job or not you'd also have to worry about meeting the boss an coworkers.

O.o Could you explain more on how it is caused? How can we prevent getting it, and which people will get it mostly?

It would not be good to have it, but then which fear or phobia is desired? Nobody wants a phobia to be on them, influencing fear all the time. I have a feeling most of these phobias can be cured with personal touch.

Xenophobia is an irrational, deep-rooted fear of or antipathy towards foreigners.[1] It comes from the Greek words ξένος (xenos), meaning "stranger," "foreigner" and φόβος (phobos), meaning "fear."[2] Xenophobia can manifest itself in many ways involving the relations and perceptions of an ingroup towards an outgroup, including a fear of losing identity, suspicion of its activities, aggression, and desire to eliminate its presence to secure a presumed purity.[3] Xenophobia can also be exhibited in the form of an "uncritical exaltation of another culture" in which a culture is ascribed "an unreal, stereotyped and exotic quality".
