i m very lean and look very weak.. this has restricted the clothes i wear and i have stopped going to parties.. my parents are really worried about it.. i ve even failed an interview as a result.. pls help :(

Hi,
Do not worry,you include more protein and some diet supplement in you diet.
Also stared some multivitamin pills its really help you lot.

Hello Friends

i. Eat more calories:This involves some calculation. The approximate normal daily caloric requirement for an average male who performs light activity is 2,200; for a female, it is 1,900.You need to eat around 1,000 extra calories per day to gain less than half a kilo a week.
ii. Make smart choices:For example, choose dairy products, fish and meat over bread. Choose eggs over vegetables.Eat foods with high protein content such as beans, pulses and peas, and foods with high starch content such as potatoes, rice and tapioca.
iii. Protein is important:Increase your protein intake. Your body needs a lot of protein to build new muscle. But since most of the calories for weight gain comes from carbohydrates and fats, do not replace them with protein.
iv. Snack a lot:Consume a lot of high-calorie snacks (not junk food) such as cheese sticks, milk shakes, muffins, dried fruits, yoghurt and breakfast bars.
v. Fluids help too:Drink a lot of fluids that supply nutrients and calories; milk, fresh fruit juices and energy drinks are good examples.

you don't need to be worried and sad. There are lot of ways how can you improve your weight eating a balance diet, exercise, taking vitamins and food supplements.

U should eat 6 time in a day.U should eat food of extra proteins.This will help u to grow very fast in physical.U can use milk two or three time in a day.

I am agree with u.This is a more effective to build muscle,if u will exercise.This is the first benefit of this and second benefit u have described in your post.

I have a BMI of 15.8, 19 and have not won or lost more than 1 or 2 kg for 5 years but I am hungry every 2-3h. My weight is currently 42KGS could this due to a genetic abnormality that results in a fast metabolism.

So many people we can see them as with the Under weight.Means the People have not sufficient Weight as per their Age its so Less.It has so many reasons like stressful life,Digestion problem,Starvation,Deficiency of nutrients.So to prevent it they have to go for the Heavy Diet,Milk,Proteins,Eggs,Fish food if possible.

Lack of weight is not a disease. We will not find a treatment or cure. We just want to explore some ways to make weight gain compared with the level of low birth weight. Eat foods with high sugar content is useful, but not abused. Sometimes it is unhealthy if the use of sugar is abused. Protein foods are also highly recommended. A person under weight also increases the consumption of fatty foods like rice and butter.

It is much serious issue you need to be take healthy food and regular exercise. Most of all try to join any Gym and start work out with suitable diet schedule.

Under weight is not at all good for the growth and for the development of the body if a person has a under weight he eat fresh and healthy food, eat fresh fruits and green vegetables,drink juices and always have a balance diet.

This is very informative information.That means the People have not sufficient Weight as per their Age its so Less. Thee are many reason to occur ,like more depression,high blood presser and more so prevent against from it . Eating fresh fruits and leaf vegetables,Milk and other have to help it.

Being under weight is not a big issue but it shows that the body growth is not enough to keep you healthy & enjoy life in a better manner. Need to consult aa physician & sort it out as early as possible.
Try joining a good gym, do regular exercise. Eat healthy food, full of nutrition & proteins.

To gain weight there are no short cuts. So,dont take those capsules or powders that promise weight gain . They can damage your pancreas .
