I have battled depression before but thankfully, it has been years since I've been stressed and blue like I have been here recently. There are a lot of thing contributing to it and a lot of different people pulling on me in different directions. No matter what I do I can’t seem to appease everyone, in the end someone is mad, and it feels like it’s my fault. I am at the point where I don’t really want to deal with any one and I could really use a week to myself to unwind ad reset but I know that’s not possible.

Does anyone have advice on how to unwind and get out of the doldrums with a hectic schedule and the holidays approaching?
