There is a 14 yr old boy, I know that I attend school with. He's a seventh grader. ((the school I attend has many grades in it))
I deem him to be mentally ill, it's gotten to the point where he is also affecting others, by his constant suicide threats, torment, severe molestation. ((I think it has something to do with a mental disorder he may have))
He even tases his kitties. I feel he needs a psychological evaluation to improve his life and the others around him. Maybe, if he knows what's wrong with him he'll be able to get treatment, find ways to deal with whatever is wrong with him, and stop messing up others lives.
How do I get a professional to give the boy I am referring to a psychological evaluation?
