I think it is important that people are made aware just how unhealthy drinks are and should only be drunk in moderation but as for changing your milk drinking habits just because someone wrote an article suggesting you do this.

Fruity Flavor Smoothie
2 cups strawberries
1 cup blackberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup yogurt (your favorite flavor)
14-20 ice cubes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
Blend in blender until thick and icy. Serve and enjoy.

There's a lot of talk about getting kids to eat healthy, but what about getting them to drink healthy? What a child drinks can drastically affect the amount of calories consumed, as well as the amount of calcium needed to build strong bones.

It is advisable that water be the most important drink that kids should regularly intake. Aside from the fact that water cleanses the body, it also helps in perspiration, which keeps the body in shape. I suggest that parents omit soda as part of their kids' diet, and replace it with fruit drinks which have fiber that is good for their digestive system and of course, practice a healthy diet. Sodas may be convenient, but soft drinks are linked to tooth decay, skin problems, and poor concentration but there are plenty of organic drinks which can help to stay healthy. Fruit & vegetable juices are great for any diet, vitamins promote good health. Kids love these juices at parties too.

I think that kids should not drink artificial drinks and parents must persuade their kids to use natural drinks. Milk is on top of list and then comes juices from fresh fruits and few vegetables like carrot etc.

Water Always the best drink for kids.Sugary drinks also can pile on the calories.MIlk obviously is the most important, only after water.Kids should be given horlicks or complain in their milk and should also be given some fruit juice to work properly.
