Tense & Touchy

Hi, I m new here.
I am on pyschiatric drugs since 10 yrs.
I get tension of small things.
I am on clozapine 25 mg, clonazepam 0.5 mg.
Of late I am getting touchy,
with people, what they say or do, which makes
myself and the other person uncomfortable.
I don't have much trust on local Doctors or
counsellors.
Can you give practical advise to not be touchy,
as it is causing lots of problem to me.
