This is where the person in question will be generally depressed about something like losing a job and will have bad mood swings or general dis like for something the symptoms vary but this is mostly caused by stress,

The next best thing I can say is just hang around with positive people. Fill your life with more positive friends and everything will be easier. Some people have helped me alot and I will forever be in their favor.

Yeah your right. When your young you still have alot going for you and your body and mind can take alot, but once you get old it's not so easy. Guess the only thing to do is enjoy life to the fulles so that you have no regrets later in life.

Wait... Does this actually exist? Or is this just stress?
I thought that depression was the overload of sadness and unbearable stress for an extended amount of time. This just seems to be sadness or stress...

You could be, if the stress is overbearing. I haven't been under large amounts of stress, but I can't say that I would be happier under stress than not.

No...That is the loops
Depression = not only Sadness but contains Sadness.
Sadness = Not always necessarily Depression
I really accept with this ..... as already said in the other post ...
Sadness doesn't directly links with depression but partially. There is no necessity of term depression in sadness ..... if so , The sadness turn in to depression ...
