Hello
Chewing tobacco also known as smokeless tobacco is equally bad as smoking. It is a myth that chewing is not as harmful as smoking. Chewing tobacco is made of tobacco, nicotine, sweeteners and chemicals. The continuous chewing process gives a constant high to the person. This high leads gives temporary relief from stress and anxiety. Small temporary relief leads the person to use it frequently and before the person realizes he is addicted.

Smokeless Tobacco: Key Points
1.Snuff is a finely ground or shredded tobacco that is either sniffed through the nose or placed between the cheek and gum. Chewing tobacco is used by putting a wad of tobacco inside the cheek.
2.Chewing tobacco and snuff contain 28 cancer-causing agents.
3.Smokeless tobacco users have an increased risk of developing cancer of the oral cavity.
4.The National Cancer Institute (NCI) and several national organizations offer information about the health risks of smokeless tobacco and how to quit.

Chewing tobacco can be far worse than smoking cigarettes in terms of potential damage to the mouth and throat (there's fiberglass in several brands)
As well as the fact that there is a much larger amount of nicotine, the most addictive substance on earth, in a pinch of chewing tobacco than in a cigarette.
Nicotine has been shown to correlate with heart disease and other circulatory system issues
I have known individuals who would go to sleep at night with chewing tobacco in their mouths.
Also, the habit of having something in your mouth and spitting is relative to the smoker putting the cigarette to his or her mouth, another issue.
Although one will always remember the nicotine experience, the physical withdrawal period is only 72 hours. So, if you can make it through the 3 days of irritability, cravings, and even potential anxiety attacks you will be in much better position to maintain abstinence in the long term.

You can call chewing tobacco by whatever name you want — smokeless tobacco, spit tobacco, chew, snuff, pinch or dip — but don't call it harmless. Whether you use chewing tobacco or other types of smokeless tobacco because you like it or because you think smokeless is safer than cigarettes, be forewarned — chewing tobacco can cause serious health problems.

One of the risks of chewing tobacco is the same as with smoking, and that is the risk of addiction. Just like with smoking cigarettes, chewing tobacco also contains nicotine and this nicotine is highly addictive, especially after you have been chewing tobacco for an extended period of time. And, with that addiction also comes a tolerance to nicotine. This means that over time, people who chew tobacco have to chew more of it in order to achieve that same level of satisfaction.

6. The duration of a cold maybe shortened
7. Your eyes may no longer burn, tear or the pressure may subside
8. Your breath and hands will no longer smell of tobacco
9.You can have your teeth whitened
10.Your employment opportunities may increase. Some employers will not hire for this reason

One of the first reason to chew tobacco is it reduces pressure. It is seriously not a one man problem instead an environmental problem. Nicotine is present in smokeless tobacco. First step to control chewing tobacco is to chew alternatives like mint or others.

The L Word DVD (http://www.dvdshop888.com/en/tv-series-dvd-boxset/the-l-word-seasons-1-6-dvd-boxset.html) series is about the lives, loves and friendships of a group of lesbians living in Los Angeles. You'll fall in love with the characters and wish that someone out there would make another show just as strong and deep as this one. The Mentalist DVD (http://www.dvdshop888.com/en/thrillers-crime-mystery-/the-mentalist-seasons-1-2-dvd-boxset.html) I never realized there were so many talented women artists. It includes women from all age groups: from their early twenties to their mid-fifties. I was pretty naive about transgenders and was quite touched by Max's struggles as she/he goes through the transition process. The Good Wife DVD (http://www.dvdshop888.com/en/drama/the-good-wife-season-1-dvd-boxset.html) The show does not portray your typical butch-femme stereotypes. Instead you have gorgeous lesbians dressed in exquisite clothes. The lingerie only adds to the sexiness. Medium DVD (http://www.dvdshop888.com/en/thrillers-crime-mystery-/medium-complete-seasons-1-6-dvd-boxset.html) Most lesbian love scenes are done by straight women and appear fake and sometimes look downright painful. Not here! The kissing, touching and simulated sex are absolute erotic. Weeds DVD (http://www.dvdshop888.com/en/drama/weeds-seasons-1-6-dvd-boxset.html) Shane, who is known for her promiscuity, steams up the screen with her seduction of an array of women.

Chewing tobacco dangers of smokeless tobacco hazards involve many of the same chemicals and poisons as smoking cigarettes. People who chew tobacco for many years are 50 times more likely to get oral cancer, gum disease and lose their teeth than people who do not chew. The risk of other cancers, heart disease, and ulcerative colitis is 50-70% higher among chewers.
