please tell me the way to quit the smoking
I would like to follow the natural way........

HI alex martin,
That is not a eassy think but you can do it. i m writing tip for you.
Don't try to quit during the holidays, or any other time where stress levels are heightened. This will decrease your chances of success and give you an excuse to start smoking again.and you must regularize you walk and maintain you fitness and according to the new research by eating banana it also help to reduce smoking habit OK.

we do have a lot to learn from slap stick scientific research.
You may be aware of the unconscious to presuppose its communicated
with you in every one of your sleeping dreams.
We give ourselves negative suggestions every day, "I can't quit smoking",
"I can't quit drinking", "I will always be fVck1ng retarded", the problem
is we believe them and allow them to spill over into our subconscious.
Have you ever heard the story of someone religious who has prayed
to be freed from some vice day and night and suddenly it felt to them
that God had reached down and freed them from it, since it suddenly
stopped? You see, they were constantly giving themselves a positive
suggestion about quitting that vice, and it suddenly made it the
subconscious through conditioning (repetitious suggestion) and
reinforcement (faith that God will help them), not being able to quit
smoking is semi-biological and also subconscious. You need but
to tell yourself that you can quit and believe it, say it to yourself
before you sleep and the suggestion will spill over to the subconscious,
when in the dream state. Self-hypnosis need not work just by
the immediate induction of a deep trance, hence anyone can do it,
and anyone can go into a trance given sufficient time, though it
is easier with guidance, but not one any hypnotherapist will do,
and one must always believe that it can and will work, eventually.

Decide two or three weeks in advance that you are going to stop on a specific day - for example, on the 1st of January. Then gradually cut down on your cigarettes over the weeks, and stop for good on the selected day.

Tell everyone that you are going to give up smoking. The loss of face that you would suffer if you fall back on your resolution should make you stick to it.

Change your eating habits. Smokers as a habit seem to light up after a meal, with a cup of tea, or with a drink. For the first few days, try to do without all the snacks or drinks that you usually follow with a smoke. Also, make a conscious effort not to smoke after meals.
