I am a male of 29 years about 3 years ago i was diagnosed with adhd and asd (think aspergers syndrome) i also have phycosis but havent been diagnoesd with it, i take 3mg of risperidone a day for phycosis.

i am always worrying about past events and about future events, i seem to worry every minute im awake, do you think this could be generalised anxiety disorder? do you think medication would help?

do you think it would help me to get a second opinion from another phychiatrist?

i dont have any physical symtoms of anxiety.

i just worry a lot. i took citalopram in the past 60mg but found it didnt help so i stopped it
