Which is the most serious disease that can cause a very bad learning disability?

It is down's syndrome, it is named after Doctor John langdon down, who named this syndrome. This was identified as a chromosome 21 trisomy. This is associated with some impairement cognitive ability and physical ability also the physical appearance.

It is a condition in which extra genetic material causes delays in the way a child develops, both mentally and physically. It affects about 1 in every 800 babies

Most serious is sickle cell disease:-
"Injuries to the brain, such as stroke, may result in a loss of strength and coordination, but also cause a lower IQ in comparison to the child's peer group, causing learning disabilities and other problems,etc....

I too consider that Sickel cell disese is quite dangerous
it can casue a storke and my leads to death in not treated in correct time

Though Down syndrome can't be prevented, it can be detected .Kids with Down syndrome tend to share certain physical features such as a flat facial profile, an upward slant to the eyes, small ears, and a protruding tongue.

in kids not have concern of their parents and parents do not care of their kidz and their needs not love then just busy in work then it have bad effect on kidz for learning and they only think .

Yes it is a Down Syndrome. Its a chromosomal abnormality and probably the most common genetic condition...Down syndrome is a genetic disorder caused a chromosome difference.
