Well according to my knowledge and I read somewhere that victim receiving concomitant therapy with quinolones, theophylline should be carefully observed. It is preferable to avoid concomitant NSAIDs fluoroquinolones, and fluoroquinolone patients gave a history of central nervous system disorders should be watched because of the possibility of central nervous system reactions
