Have i doomed myself? trigger

Been suffering from depression for a long time.I have multiple mental issues that make things hard makes depressing more difficult.I did start taking anti-depressants for a while but had them taken away because of my suicidal actions.Not been able to get help for it since,tried all other methods such as breathing techniques but nothing works.
