Because of technological advancements and innovations, humans became lazy causing them to become fat and obese. Taking a regular exercise every morning keeps your body healthy more effectively than artificial food supplements and drugs can do.

Hello,
Alternating walking, running and sprinting is one of the ways in which you can improve your heart. The proper way in doing some jogging every morning is that do not run a constant speed rather, you must give yourself some break by just walking instead of running when you feel tired.

i am taking up natural supplement MX Omega 3 (http://www.maxalife.com) for my overall well being since i have been very much stressed with my job and being a single mom. as of now, i am disciplining also myself to just eat the right amount of food and to choose the balance diet that my body needs. i still do some side snacks but i make it sure that it doesn't need to be as heavy as a meal and should have less sugar content, fats and carbs. it's ok to crave some sinful foods but just be sure that you are not overeating, like me i only crave those occasionally.
