Anorexia is a popular kind of eating disorder where a person feeling too fat and he or she will doing any diet and workouts to reduce the weight. This usually happens to some teenages girls and student in college. What do you think about this?

A very close friend of mine was anorexic. I can't tell you enough how much mental pain she wen't throught to get better. All I can say is if you know anyone suffering with anorexia get him or her help as soon as you can. Even if they won't admit they are having a problem, tell their close ones and everyone that can help.

Yes, one of my close friends had it too.
He never admitted to me untill it was too late to properly stop it.
I still have connections with him, he is still in great pain.

Anorexia is a problem in the head, i do not know any girl who looks more beautiful in skeleton thin figure. I wonder how these kind of thinking usually happens in young girls. Yes, only close friends and family members should be warned about the girl who is starving to get that figure she wants.

this is mostly common with the teens in this times where peer pressure is the main reason why teens would like to get so thin and skinny that it doesn't look healthy anymore. they thought being skinny means sexy and you are most likely become popular amongst your friends. my daughter is 15, she's never having issues with weight because she looks ok but lately she's more concern of her physique. i told her there's is nothing wrong... i advice her to just eat the right amount of food, some exercise and MX Liver Detox (http://www.maxalife.com), it works pretty well with her. i never encourage her to do some diet because it is not healthy at her very young age.
