There are many great programs for troubled teens. Just make sure you get a recommendation from a local therapist and make sure the school/program meets certain criteria in licensing and education areas. You should get help for your struggling teen as soon as possible.

If you don't enjoy a lot of the things you used to like music, sports, being with friends and you want to be left alone most of the time. If you feel like you're no good and you've lost your confidence, you feel guilty for no reason. Then you are in depression. I think depression can reduce by the meditation.
