The easiest way to choose low fat snacks is to avoid heavily processed or prepackaged foods.Added salt from packaged foods can increase sodium intake dramatically, possibly causing daily intake to surpass the recommended levels.Raw vegetables — such as carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower or cucumbers — and fruits — such as apples, bananas, citrus, and berries — are virtually fat free. All of these snack options are also full of vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which means they ease hunger while promoting good health. Dairy products such as cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese sticks, or yogurt are great low fat snacks.

Select foods that satisfy your hunger, supply your body with energy and provide important nutrients. Opt for snacks of 100 calories or less to stay within your daily calorie goal. You can eat more of foods with low energy density, such as carrots, grapes and air-popped popcorn, for your 100 calories. Choose snacks from these food groups:

* Fruits and vegetables. Eating fruits and vegetables provides a feeling of fullness with little to no fat and only a small number of calories. Fruits and vegetables also provide vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients.
* Whole grains. Whole-grain snacks are rich in fiber and complex carbohydrates, which give you energy with staying power. Look for items such as low-fat whole-grain crackers, whole-grain pretzels and whole-grain crispbreads.
* Nuts and seeds. Nuts and seeds provide protein, so you will feel fuller longer. They can be high in fat, but it's mostly monounsaturated, a healthy kind of fat. Nuts and seeds are high in calories, however, so don't eat them in large quantities.
* Low-fat dairy products. Cheese, yogurt and other dairy products are good sources of calcium and protein, plus many other vitamins and minerals. Choose the low-fat versions. Some yogurts have extra added sugar, so look for low-calorie or "light" varieties.

I have to agree with you that eating candy bars and chips and gummy candy and all that great junk food that we all just love. I think that its ok to have every once in a while but at the end of the day, it's important to eat healthy and stay healthy and in shape. It could be a good idea to eat a strength bar (http://www.enutriments.com/eas-myoplex-strength-bar) if you feel you haven't gotten enough protein that day. Always try to stick real foods though instead of food supplements, it can really make a difference on your wallet.

Its important that you eat the right food and stop binging because that what makes you fat. Avoid snacks that are made of wheat flour and the ones which don’t have any processed food attached to it. Baked and roasted products are the best.
