35 and forget everything

I am 35 and forget everything, have trouble following conversation, can't understand what I am reading, can't even remember what I did 2 days ago. All the MRI's, PET scans came back negative. I really need someone who understands. Early onset is typically 50 plus. I feel so alone in this! If you can help at all, please contact me at spopky505@comcast.net. I am at my witts end
