Movies on Dementia

In this thread, i would like people to contribute on posing movies that are about Dementia, or a documentary about it. It can even be a plain Movie. Though im thinking of making a big pile, of movies on Dementia. It would be awesome to see everyone contribute to this thread, so please post all the movies you know, or you have seen, or even a movie that you have been recomended to see.

I think Aparichit (an Indian movie) was based on this disease...i am not sure but i have heard it from some of my friends....but they don't have the idea about dementia aswell.....:p
