Do you eat junk food ? if yes, how often, where, why ?
I eat junk food about once a week, usually in the famous McDonalds.
I dont think one meal on a week will cause any problems, but I want to listen to other people too.

If you want to listen to others, then listen to me. Avoid junk food as much as possible, remember a drop of poison in a glass of milk is good enough to spoil the entire benefits of milk. Hope you have got my lesson, now it is up to you.

I have Junk Food every once in a while. Eating to much junk food can lead to health problems in later life. I suggest that you only have junk food every few weeks so the fat doesnt pile up in your body. If you like junk food a lot you can eat it. You just have to excersise a lot and have little quantities of the junk food you eat. Meaning you can eat junk food, just have little quanities and excercise to burn off what you ate.
in my view junk is not bad if taken once a while but the problem is that it is as convenient and addictive as smoking. once you get used to it, its really hard to leave. so its better to avoid it.

Yes, people got their own choices and as long as you don't eat too often and too much, it should not be a problem, IMO.

No doubt the junk food smells and tastes better than an healthy diet but one has to take over his/her taste buds in order to look after the body properly..Junk food once a two week is still fine but i know some people who live on it..
Many health concerns of junk food are known which includes heart diseases and all..so one must try not to eat much junk food inorder to live a long healthy life..

I will soon. avoid it, since my new boyfriend spoils me a lot, i can't avoid it by now. My ex-boyfriend truly cares for me spiritually and physically .. like, he dont let me eat junk foods, drink alcohol. i miss him so much and, ,.. with him i was fit. what should i do to discipline myself?

Hello
Even when marketed as “now with real juice!“ or “contains 10 essential vitamins,“ a sugary soda with 300 calories just isn‘t good for you. Some junk food advertising is really misleading. But you don’t need to be a nutritionist to know that too much of these foods is bad for your kids.
What is it?
Kids are bombarded by advertising for junk food and fast food everywhere they turn. In fact, kids see one food commercial every five minutes during Saturday morning cartoons. Most of these foods are high in fat, sugar, and calories. Fast food chains appeal to kids with tie-ins to movies, giving toys or prizes to kids who buy certain meals.
As kids age, they are subjected to promotional campaigns with offers for free music downloads, ring tones, and games sponsored by the food and beverage industry. The beverage industry alone spends more than $3 billion marketing directly to kids. Advertisers sneak junk food – called “product placement“ – into hundreds of TV shows, movies, and online games. They even find their way into our schools by way of score boards, special events, and textbook sponsorship.
Why it matters
There is a direct connection between ads and eating habits. One out of every three kids in this country is at risk for becoming obese. American kids consume more than one-third of their daily calories from soft drinks, sweets, salty snacks, and fast food. As kids associate pleasure with junk food, they develop lifelong, unhealthy habits that are really difficult to break.

It's not always possible toWOW Gold (http://www.storeingame.com/) present concrete data, particularly for healers and tanks. In lieu ofBuy WOW Gold (http://www.zyy.com/) that, cite specific circumstances where the player let the guild down: "Your assigned tank died from normal boss damage during WOW Princes last night" or "The DPS was having trouble staying under your threat against Halion on Monday." Most likely, he'll have an excuse for that specific circumstance, so you'll want toWOW Power Leveling (http://www.wowpowerlevelingup.com/) list a few if you can. Don't pile on too much, though. It's a fine line! From those circumstances, you can extrapolate to wider issues such as slow heals orAion Gold (http://www.gobuyaiongold.com/) weak threat.
