Ok, like I don't know where to start. I have never officially been diagnosed bi-polar. I take 200 mg of Zoloft daily and 2-4 .5mg Xanax depending on the day.
Lately I have just got worse and worse and worse. Issues at home, screwed up with the wife but still fixing that. Dealing with my son's own ADD issues, seeing myself through his eyes. Yeah I could go on and on and on. So pretty much almost left my house, family when the Dr. switched me to Klonapin for about 2 months and everything just crashed. Back to Xanax and went to see a phychologist.
When the door opened and my name was called, it was like one of my grandmother's friends and I knew right then I would not open up all the way and my issues run way deeper than just mood swings and anger. But I really didn't feel comfortable talking about EVERYTHING with this person. So on to my search, starting through my insurance I bring up names and every SINGLE POSTED DR.....no pic. This would fix this problem of me having to go through 30 different Dr's before I find someone that I am comfortable with...or am I missing something? :confused: After the first meeting I canceled the next 2. So now I am looking for another. Can someone suggest a site or a better way to look for help (or maybe someone else has had this same problem).
