How many of you are vegetarians here? Please share about your food habits to all the members of this forum, it will be greatly appreciated.

I am a vegitarian sort of, I know that fruits and vegetables can heal the body of all conditions including mental health ones and completely reform the mind and body of the consumer. It really is true. I know some vegitarians and they do not have any digestive troubles. Fruits and vegetables are supposed to be real good for that.

Being a vegetarian is very common especilly since some might not like to eat meat. Some vegetarians eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, veggie burgers, and ome ven eat tofu.

Some people seem to be born with good digestion and appear to be able to eat anything in any combination. If you're not in that category and find yourself bloated and/or tired after eating, here are some points to consider regarding healthy eating:
- Good quality food, combined well is best for health
- It's worse to eat good quality food combined poorly then to bad combined well.
- Cold Water freezes and contracts your digestive system and leaves you weak and tired after a meal. Additionally, drinking water or beverage during or after meals washes down the enzymes that are needed to facilitate digestion.
- Make each meal either mostly carbohydrate, mostly protein, or just fruits.
- Avoid products containing dairy , which often cause food allergies and produce mucus.
- In one meal have no more than 2 types of starches or 1 type of protein
* Starch: Rice, Bread, Pasta, Potatoes, Carrots, Beets, Mung Bean Sprouts
* Protein: Beans, Legumes, Tofu, Tempeh, Soy Products, Microalgaes
* High Fat: Nuts, Seeds, (Cheese, Milk, Yogurt)
* Fats: Oils, Olives, Avocados, (Butter, Sour Cream)

i am a vegetarian :) well tech i'm a pescatarian bc on occasion i do eat fish. i also eat diary daily and eggs on occasion. in my eyes im a vegetarian though.
i'm a horrible example though lol bc i don't eat the healthiest of foods, i eat alot of potatoes and beans but i also eat a lot of soy things (veggie burgers, chicken patties, etc etc)

hi.. vegetarian diet is very good for health but only vegetarian is not very good..
so i follow vegetarian all along the week and eat only non veg on sundays..

I like Vegetarian food because it consist of the vitamin which are very important to our health.
