If eating right food is the toughest part for you then get your family involved. Getting family involves means do not have separate meal. Cook fresh and nutritious food and share the idea of healthy eating foods with them too. This will not only ensure that you will be surrounded by the people having same ideas and eating the same meals, but this will help them to maintain healthy diet.
Above all, you need to remember you are in charge of your body. Excuses will not help. Hence, you must take all the measures to keep yourself fit and healthy. This may involve keeping control over yourself and if required, taking help of others.
