I want to lose my weight. For that I am adopting different medication.
I want to know whether I will lose as much weight with the drops vs. injections??

Have a diet plan and stick to it . And start taking actions is the best thing to go for .

The best option for the alcohol. we must go for the take the juice of the fruits that is good for our health .This alcohol is clean our blood and that is the big advantage for us and Exercise is a good for our health we must go for the exercise early morning.

I think Taking drops and injections are not the safe way to lose the weight. It can have a side effects. You can practice Yoga and drink lots of water. This will surly give you the good results.

Just make perfect diet plan, Drink lots of water in a day approx 10 to 12 glass, Avoid junk food and smoking, Stock your kitchen to green vegetables and fruits, Get enough sleep everyday, Go for Yoga class and do exercise in the morning.
