well i m having a problem actually one can say it has become a habit of sorts : I have started skipping breakfast and what i take is brunch , rest time i have normal food intakes . can anyone tell whether this is a bad thing or not ?
i m skinny so can anyone suggest me a nutritional schedule of sorts which can help me in gaining weight and improve my physique ?
