Depression by economical crisis

Once I was under much of economical crisis which made me to think whether I can sell one of my kidneys to resolve my problems, as doctors always say that people can live with a single kidney. Sounds funny? It was really what I felt then. But God saved me from those crisis without loosing my kidney.

But how else can a person reduce his depression when he's in economical crisis and he finds no ways to solve his problems. Any suggestion?
