Depression includes sadness, loneliness and anxiety which is difficult enough to deal with by itself… however, it’s even worse during the holidays when our culture pushes extra hard for us to believe that we are human doings, not human beings, and life should be wonderful.* “It’s a Wonderful Life” may ring a bell here.
