A person who had become unhappy with his marriage disappears for a few months and he was given a diagnosis as experiencing a fugue state. He raped a woman and later said that he could not recall he did. In another situation, a person murdered someone else and said he didn't remember doing that. They claim it was another person whose personality was embedded within them did those things and they actually did not do those acts themselves.

How will you proceed with such cases?

I think you could not say you could not remember after you rape or kill someone. There will still be consequences of what you have done. The court might order a psychiatrist's opinion for this kind of situation.
