You would need to be an LSW, MFT, or be a psychologist or psychiatrist depending on if they need medication or just counseling. If it is on other matters, you may not need a degree. It depends on the experience you have and the advice you are giving. A pastor can counsel people.

i personally believe that a good care of such people and a strong direction towards their goal can change their nature and their thinking...so we should pay attention towards these people and should talk with them nicely...
