The best source in the world for any and all mental health disorders is the DSM IV-TR. It should be available in the library of a university, but if psychology is an interest of yours it would be a good buy. If psychology is your major it is most likely that you will need one in the future, anyway. the DSM IV-TR has diagnostic and statistical information for every recognized mental disorder, and a very extensive section on schizophrenia.

ICD 10 is also useful for diagnosis criterias.

ICD 10 is used in the UK and DSM IV is used in US.
