I've always heard people refer to schizophrenia as split personality. Is it true? I don't know much about schizophrenia but I'm really interested in it.:confused:

It is not true. Schizohrenia is not a split personality.

People do mistaken schizophrenia with split personality.

schizophrenia is a very broad term..it includes split personality also..
the word "schizophrenia" means "splitting of personality"..
