Hey mate,
all you can do is try to avoid carbs and oily items from your food.. if you can control it then 15 min exercise will work for you.. that could be walking, brisk walk or weight training.
good luck

One of the important factor in maintaining good health is to eat a balanced diet with all the nutrients in correct proportion and to keep calorie balance according to your weight, height, sex, age etc. Also, the calorie intake and the expenditure must be balanced.

If you want to lose weight, then do aerobic exercises for atleast 4 times a week, for atleast 30 minutes. Also, add some resistance training and you can see your body loosing weight and getting firm.

Healthy body is the key to live a happy life.Take regular diet containing proper nutrients that provide energy to the body.Take 2 balanced meals a day at proper time.Involve green vegetables and pulses in your diet as they contain rich proteins and vitamins.Daily exercise in the morning and take milk in breakfast with fruits that provide minerals.Avoid taking oil food items. The balanced diet routine alongwith exercise will keep you fit and save you from eating disorder.

Yoga is the best thing to improve your body as well as mind. So first find a genuine yoga master. He can also give good diet plans too.

The Patients is suppose to have an individualized exercise program that includes strength training, flexibility, yoga, and water exercise. With Eating disorder, the patient is suppose to receive valuable instruction from a qualified and knowledgeable fitness staff to enable him to develop healthy exercise behaviors.

Dieticians or nutritionists are often involved in the treatment of eating disorders. They can help your loved one design meal plans, set dietary goals, and achieve a healthy weight. Nutritional counseling may also involve education about basic nutrition and the health consequences of eating disorders.

Hi all.
I think that good exercise is walking and to avoid eating disorders, drink 1.5 liter of water per day.
