Go to a doctor/pharmacist and ask for Propranolol. It is pretty commonly used for stage fright/ test anxiety. It won't make you feel less nervous, but it will block the physical manifestations of it, you won't be shaking or anything.Try it.

i am also feeling such type of problem...rather than using medicines, isn't there any other way to change myself...i talk nicely with my friends and don't have any type of problems but i feel stage fright.....i think i have less self confidence...what do you think??
