My question is (I know we cant completely stop this from spreading) but is there anyway to help reduce it? Even us normal people, could maybe make a change. I would be proud to help with it if there is any way of reducing the danger.

well...its all about ur upbringing. if you are born and brought up in such an environment where things are not normal, like these days women are being tortured like hell in pakistan if they go out of home and work, so the child who is watching all this will get this thing in his mind and adopt this. whereas, for the whole world this act is really abnormal, but for most of the pakistaaniz, its completly fair.
so this is where the problem is
