People can have specific phobia. Some fear of spiders and some of dogs etc... He might be specifically phobic to plants and flowers and not to trees. It is possible.

Everybody has his own qualities and it is not necessary that people suffering from a particular phobia has same symtopms also.

This is a very strange phobia and have heard about this type for the first time.People tend to suffer through various phobias naturally. Some people have allergy from certain plants as they sneeze if they smell the fragrance of that flower. This phobia looks weird and need to be analysed. Some may have respiration problem when they stand under trees.Be careful.

Dendrophobia is the fear of trees or the fear of the forest. It is a real phobia and far more common than most people may think. Unfortunately, it is not talked about often because those who suffer with it also fear ridicule from others.

Dendrophobia is the fear of trees or the fear of the forest. The origin of the word dendro is Greek (meaning tree) and phobia is Greek (meaning fear). Dendrophobia is also related to Hylophobia (fear of forests), Nyctohylophobia (fear of dark wooded areas or of forests at night), and Xylophobia (fear of wooden objects and/or forests).

Dendrophobia is an intense fear of something that poses little or no actual danger. While adults with dendrophobia realize that these fears are irrational, they often find that facing, or even thinking about facing, the feared situation brings on a panic attack or severe anxiety.

Dendrophobia is a very common type of phobia fear of trees and forests. But the most difficult part of the fear that those who suffer from it refused to reveal their account to another for fear of ridicule and jeering. Fear of trees from the unconscious mind as a protective mechanism. Your current state of mind is any incident in the past that likely event tied to trees and emotional trauma.
