Fobia of high

I also have fobia of high. Don't know how to call it in proffessional way, but I guess everyone got the point. I am just a bit afraid of it but it still the problem for me.

What do you think about it ? I guess it mostly spreaded fobia.

A lot of people have it. But why do you need to worry about it? We spend most of our lives "on the ground", in our offices or homes. I believe that's the least of our inner fears we should worry about :)

U have got the acrophobia.Yes,i too have the same problem.If i stand in heights my stomach will get automatically upset.So,i recommand you to not to stand in heights.You better dont look down when you stand in height.Thats the only way.

Maybe all people are afraid of falling from a high place when looking down. It's not at all a big issue, just ignore it. Or else do not go to such high place from where you think you might fall down.
