Depression is one of the dangerous problems that kills people these days.Today depression is caused due to various pressures and competition.What are the various ways we can overcome it.I feel doing breathing exercise helps a lot.What are ur thoughts??

Here, I don't want you to mix up feeling stressed with clinical depression. Of course, life events like split up with partners etc.. can triggered episodes of depression.
In your thread, I think you are referring to feeling stressed due to pressure. Yes, breathing exercises and muscle relaxation technique may help you feel more relaxed and less tense under pressure.

One of the ways that I overcome depression is to truly know and believe that I will overcome it someday. Some people have been diagnosed with depression and other mental disorders and then go on to improve their life and completely eliminate the problem. So I think the best way to deal, is to know it will end.

To overcome depression you need to to have a focused mindset that the thing causing depression to you will never arise in your whole life cycle and you should learn from your mistakes aswell as sometimes the mistakes you have done previously causes depression....

to come over depression you need to have proper day schedule.. all you need to do is try to busy yourself be it official or personal... and try to meditate which you help you to come over

According to me most effective way is Through Meditation because it helps a lot I have tested myself.Secondly we should also think that nothing is not more important than my life.

One of the best ways to combat depression is to stay active. Find activities that you enjoy and seek out new interest. People are usually depressed when they have nothing to do. Get active in your community, join a bowling league, take a class at your local community college, volunteer your time to an organization, or take up a new hobby such as stamp collecting or crocheting. Busy yourself with things you enjoy doing.

I am suffering for depression for a long time and I do find a way to get rid of this kind of illness. I take MX Omega 3 Extra (http://www.maxalife.com) after my meal. I find it effective since I didn't feel much more depress than before. I don't know why but it works for me.

If you suffering depression than you have to start exercise, doing yoga and meditation, it is helpful to reduce stress, you have to taking a leave from some days,going outside and enjoy a lot, sharing your thoughts and problem with friends.
