Well i dont like smoking and i am not a smoker ,dont encourage anyone too.People start smoking for a variety of different reasons. Some think it looks cool and others start because their family members or friends smoke. It can cause health problems so i would like to take this opportunity to tell my freinds to stop smoking.

I don't smoke and also pretend to tell people to stop smoking.Heavy punishment should be laid on smokers for smoking in public places.Smoking is injurious to our health and can cause lung cancer. The chain smokers drink lots of cigarettes in a day.The cigarettes should be banned.

I completely agreed with him as heavy punishment is only the way left to stop smoking complete. Due to heavy punishment many of the smokers have already left smoking in many developed countries. http://freesmileyface.net/smiley/Smoking/smoking-dope-019.gif

Smoking is one of the most common forms of recreational drug use. Tobacco smoking is today by far the most popular form of smoking and is practiced by over one billion people in the majority of all human societies. Less common drugs for smoking include cannabis and opium. Some of the substances are classified as hard narcotics, like heroin, but the use of these is very limited as they are often not commercially available.

Nicotine is a highly addictive substance. Initially, when a person starts smoking, a little bit of nicotine is enough to give the person pleasure out of it. But slowly, the person develops resistance to nicotine. He / she needs more and more nicotine to satisfy day to day. This makes the person chain smoker.

before when i am still smoking, i can smoke about 1 and 1/2 packs of cigarettes... now i only have 3 or 5 sticks a day as i really wanted to change my lifestyle for my daughter and to be able to live a healthy life. i did so many thing to get over with it, i take vitamins and MX Omega 3 Ultimate (http://www.maxalife.com) to boost my immune system as smoking gives me a lot of withdrawals. i try to divert my attention by putting more of it to work and to my daughter and i go for some exercise although not all the time as i am busy but i see to it that i have done at least once a week.

The biggest challenge for any smoker is to quit smoking. Breaking the habit of smoking is really tough. Here are some points which can be really helpful in quit smoking:
- Set a Plan and Stick With It
- Set Up a Support System
- Take slow, steady steps
- Identify and avoid smoking triggers
- Create a Reward System
- Don't give up

Chain smoking generally refers to individuals who smoke frequently. A more accurate definition is someone who smokes one cigarette after another, often using the old cigarette to light a new one. Chain smoking most often refers to cigarettes but can include pipes and cigars.
Chain smoking is often a sign of addiction. Smoking addictions, like all addictions, are difficult to beat. Nicotine is the chemical that causes addiction by stimulating the pleasure centers of the brain on several levels. While the effects of smoking are on a much lower level than other addictive drugs, users will develop a tolerance which allows them to take in greater amounts of nicotine without getting sick. Chain smoking gives the user a constant source of nicotine that users find calming and stimulating at the same time.
