well some advices can be made but as far as internet is concerned you can get the information of anything...but you need to have the knowledge of the type of depression a particular person is facing.....

According to me it would not be that effective.because If person is at initial stages of depression then it is very difficult to diagnose then how can anybody treat it.

To overcome depression you need to consider some tips
1. eat natural like fruits vegetables and avoid junk food.
2. get early morning and enjoy the fresh air.
