It is not a researched based infact it is my own experiance when we do meditation we forgets our tension and realize the immorality of this world.
And then we feel that we are super power then why to worry for these
tensions.

I think meditation can relax your mind and will make you more mindful so that it might reduce the risk of depression.

Yes my friend you are right.I too have experienced that the meditation gives peace to the mind. Whenever i feel stressed or depressed i practise yoga. Yoga is believed to be the best exercise in the Indian Vedas to keep your body fit & healthy. It gives relaxation to the body as well as mind. We become free of our worries and feel energetic & more confident.

Yes, meditation can surely help to overcome depression. But it requires a long-term commitment since meditation cannot produce fast results.

well i appreciate the point made by Ankit Dabda.....its a fact that meditation can nullify the effect of depression because of the positive vibes that we feel after doing the yoga stuff.....its a very good depression management technique ...it also enhances the mind power of a person who is strictly doing it ....
