cannot cram

I am typical average student.I understand logically more than theoretical learning.So what should I do for scoring good marks as it requires cramming

I also have a cramming problem.If you give me a 4 line paragraph then also i cannot write it fully correct as original.But i can solve my problem as i have started to understand the concept and then write in my own words.In this way i have improved my performance and i am intelligent.So dont worry and try to understand and clear your logics and write it correctly in your own words.You can also break the complex sentences into simpler ones and remember it.But there are sometimes that you have to remember the definition then you can practice it by writing and remembering.This will surely help you.Try to develop your own language.

The opinions of some of the people evaluating me were based on more that a decade of knowledge.

I definitely learned a lot from the feedback, as some of the perceptions I had of myself were completely off the mark. I came out okay and I don't think I will be fired soon as a result of the outcomes of the evaluation (sigh of relief), but it does afford me the opportunity to work on the areas that need improvement.
