hi every1
im new on here and wanted to share this condition i have and give knowledge of it as its not reconised so much but ruins lives
i was diagnosed with bpd but just recently ive been told the real biggest proplem. i have pmdd, its symptoms are similar to bpd and bipolar but its and inmbalancement of hormones. if these hormones are not treated i will get worse. the thing is its only just starting to be reconised by gps! so 9 out of 10 gps dont reconise it but there is HOPE look on the pmdd website its called NAPS there you will find how to get better yeah you might still have mental health problem but what if it could be less, what if you could get well?
for 3 months write a diary every day( could just be 3 words) write how you feel leading up to yr period during and after. if theres a pattern please visit naps and your gp with info you could be on a journey to recovery. heres a post from naps forum
i just want to help as many as pos. if its pmdd then u wont get better unless its treated, if it is purely mental health then yr prob on the rite path in treatment and recovery.
hope this helps some, let me no if u think this could be u
