Anyone gone through with stage fear???

hi guys...Whenever I stand on a stage my hands and the whole body starts shivering...I cann't express myself in a proper way....Is this related to the environment I have gone through in my previous life or is it a normal problem???please help me out in this...

As i go on the stage and face the audience i feel confused and mixed feelings pass through me.My mind gets completely blank and just dont know what is happening.I dont have the problem of shivering.I think stage fear will decrease as often we face the audience.Some people have natural energy on the stage.But guys dont fear shows.
