Because of a specialisation of my work as a Christian minister, I am being approached for help these days, by an increasingly large number of people, who claim, in effect, that they are suffering from The Martha Mitchell Effect. These include, for example,

members of ethnic minorities
adherents of minority religions in our culture (especially Islam)
people who have been whistle-blowers about crimes committed by major corporations, politicians, the police, the intelligence services, or government agencies
political dissidents and/or activists
human rights advocates and activists
9/11 Truth Campaign members or the like
people who have participated in political demonstrations
people who have made complaints against the police
witnesses to organised crime
those who have sued major corporations for (for example) discrimination, unfair dismissal, or workplace harassment, including sexual harassment.

I have some questions for the mental health industry professionals using this forum:

Have you ever received training about The Martha Mitchell Effect?
Did the training cover any "preventative medicine" precautions you needed to take in your work, in order to protect citizens like the beneficiaries I have mentioned of our Christian ministry, people who are at exceptional risk of developing the syndrome?
What were those precautions?
Who delivered the training?
