Some say it is good to be stressed others may disagree. Some might be stressed because of many different factors in their life. This however can play a big role in ones mental health. Some find themselves irritable, and getting agree very easily. What can be done about this?

Stress destroys the mental build up of a person.If you get tensed on any matter then you may have sleepless nights or headache.The stress relieve pills are also available in the market but its side effects are very dangerous and must be used only if prescribed by the doctor.One should not take much tension and try to solve the problem with cool head.Students get stressed during exams which affect their result.So be stress free and enjoy the life.
