Video Games and Vision

There is some research that has been done, that suggests that action based video games, actually help to improve vision. The action allows the eyes to capture the images, and it is able to reduce visual crowding which is a big part of visual perception. It is good for visual processing. Do you all agree?

I play a lot of video games and am crazy about it.I find your information interesting and it also has some true logic too to improve the vision but another survey also indicates that the mind of childreno get high tempered and they behave in awkward manner.Overdose of Video game surely damages the mind and that also action games may make the person violent and provoke him to kill and create crime.So beware of video games and control your emotions.

For some reason I don't believe video games improve eyesight. Sounds too good to be true. Lol.
